Every water right document in Ecology's Water Rights Tracking System, refreshed daily: primary number, holder, document type and stage, priority date, purposes of use, instantaneous rate (cfs or gpm) and annual volume (acre-feet), groundwater or surface; device points, places of use and source names in related layers. Collected: active certificates, adjudicated certificates, permits and claims of 100 acre-feet a year or more, or stated only as a rate of 1 cfs or more, without domestic-only rights (Washington).
