Points of diversion of every current, individually held water right (not those of irrigation districts, applications, temporary transfers, instream leases or limited licences): holder, use, priority date, rate (cfs), stated volume (acre-feet, mainly storage and decreed rights), duty, source, permit, certificate, decree or claim, link to the right's record. Collected: rights of 100 acre-feet a year or more, or with no stated volume and a rate of 1 cfs or more, without instream and domestic-only rights (Oregon).
