Monticello Power Plant is a closed coal power plant in Texas, United States, with 1,980 MW of capacity, operated by Luminant Generation Company LLC.

Grid connection

It closed in 2018, which freed up a 1,980 MW grid connection at 345 kV to the grid of Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, unless it has been reassigned since.
